‘Therapy through Themeparks’

courage-logo-horizontal

One of the main ways we want to support bereaved children and their families is through an initiative we’ve called ‘Therapy through Themeparks’. This will be a way of providing days out, weekends away and annual passes to fun and exciting attractions around the country.

Therapy through Themeparks’ aims to support bereaved children and their families to:

  • Have fun! (provided for you without needing any energy or emotional investment to make it happen!)
  • Make new memories
  • Mark and remember their special person who has died
  • Know that as a family you can get through and keep on going.

‘Therapy through Themeparks’ seeks to primarily support:

  • bereaved children and their immediate families, who have suffered the loss of a parent or sibling

If you think that The Courage Foundation UK could help you or a family that you know, please fill in the Request Support form.
