Shipping & Returns

We operate a flat rate shipping rate of £3.95 to anywhere in the UK. We aim to post orders within 3 working days of receipt using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

We hope that you are super happy with your order, but if there is a need to change size or return faulty products, do please get in touch ASAP. As a charity we seek to use all monies raised through merchandise sales to support bereaved families, but always want our customers to be happy!
